Social eclosion and its influence on educational policies framed in the XXI century

It is imperative to seek unpublished philosophical alternatives that allow the creation of subjectivities from the particular to the general that allow to reedit a new historical conception, with this, new memories, relationships and conceptions that would respond to the evolution of these times of modernity are being created. a universal human being. The alternative for communities to modify their history could be framed in summed actions that seek to create a new collective conscience that in turn will spread and generate significant changes in the context allowing to change the old image for an identity adjusted to the historical moment with an unpublished nuance. The present investigation is framed in the Dialectic paradigm sustained with the theoretical postulates of several researchers and academics. By way of concussion, the construction of new theories that allow us to remake history from a perspective of understanding and recognition of the subject in its environment and interaction with others is pertinent.
