Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine the microbiological and molecular characteristics associated with infections caused by this bacteria. K. pneumoniae strains were identified by conventional procedures. Susceptibility to antimicrobial agents was performed through the agar disk diffusion test according to the CLSI 2010.
