The institutional evaluation leads the universities to respond to the needs and interests of the social context of which they are a part, and of the commitment to build a better society as producers of knowledge through three basic functions: Teaching, Research and Extension with relevance, effectiveness and effectiveness, therefore the changes necessary for its transformation into quality educational institutions. Hence the importance of analyzing the institutional evaluation as a tool for university quality and its impact on Venezuelan society, effectively managing its social responsibility.
