Abstract

In the present study there was achieved to establish a protocol of work by means of the application of the technology PCR - RFLP, which consists of the amplification for PCR of specific regions of the genome of T. cruzi and his later digestion with enzymes of restriction, allowing the genotipificación it completes of different isolated of T.cruzi.
