Abstract

. The objective of this work was to evaluate the management of the concentration of  SO2 in multiple crosses on the effect of the quantity and the germinative power of the sexual seed of sugarcane. The work was carried out in the crossing house of the National Institute of Agricultural Research (INIA) Yaracuy, the treatments were: T1: solution 150 mg.  L-1 daily replacement and T2: 150 mg.L-1  solution interdiaria replacement, the cultivars used were: C32-368, CR 87339, V98-120. The duration of the process was 25 days until the seeds were collected. Seed weight and germinative power were evaluated.
