Development of Application for Cell Phones that Allows Detecting and Correcting Aults in Optic Fiber Networks until Homes

This work intends to systematize all the knowledge and procedures of very high technical demand, required to give support in case of failure to the fiber optic access network, structuring them in a simple way in an application that runs on any computer or cell phone , allowing the technical service personnel of the current access networks, to support the access networks of the future, without the need to incorporate "highly specialized" personnel, also eliminating the need for expensive and demanding training courses dictated by the providers of the teams.
