Abstract

This article explores the methodology employed in studying national innovation systems, focusing on the significance of
effective communication and interactions among stakeholders. Emphasizing the concept of systems of innovation, it high
lights the interdependence and relationships between various agents driving innovation and technological development.
The research methodology combines descriptive, inductive, and comparative approaches, incorporating a comprehensive
literature review of national innovation systems, science, technology, and communication strategies. The study provides an
enhanced understanding of how stakeholders’ interactions influence innovation outcomes, with a particular focus on the
Venezuelan context.
