Business model in entrepreneurial ventures

Abstract

In a competitive business world, it is essential to program actions through business models that allow us to represent our reality with a vision of the future. In this sense, the organizations described in the category of entrepreneurs are designed on the business 
model canvas, which allows them to incorporate the fundamental elements for their operation in a prospective manner to outline themselves as successful and competitive. The objective of this essay is to reveal the importance of the business model canvas for business entrepreneurship. The theoretical references are framed in business model, business model canvas, business plan, business entrepreneurship, innovation. The method used is the theoretical investigation of the various sources of information on the theme developed. It is concluded that the canvas allows to visualize the company in the future in a harmonic and holistic way, placing the entrepreneurial organization in a source of competitiveness, adjusted to the needs of the business.
