Complex theoretical approach to the requirements competition curriculars: a construction of the professional training of the bioanalist at the university of Carabobo

Abstract

Develop theoretical perspectives linked to curricular trends by competition from criteria of a phenomenological construction of the formation of the bioanalyst at the La Morita Nucleus, University of Carabobo, is the motiv of the present phenomenological, scientific, technological and investigative proposal of an academic nature. Therefore, from the empnica defi nition of the problem; within the framework of description in referential assumptions, from documentary and electronic sources, relevant to the complex theme, defi ned in managerial criteria: systematic, competitive, hobstico and integral, of its construct fl anked by variables and indicators in edges dimensioned as strengths, weaknesses or threats, which per se constitute key factors in the search, access and obtaining of scientific-technological response to the limited investigative problem, which upsets the internal-external environment of the training and professional profi le provided by the university campus for the sake of the performance quality of the bioanalyst, in conventional or emerging bio-scenarios. The investigation was carried out assuming as a paradigm the qualitative interpretativist, the research scenario will be the La Morita Nucleus, University of Carabobo. As techniques to collect the information, the interview
was used among other techniques specifi c to this research approach. Based on the interpretive process, it can be said that the educational model based on integrated professional competencies for higher education is an option that seeks to generate higher quality training processes, without losing sight of the needs of society.
