Quantum principles for rethinking the entrepreneurial role in business strategy

The purpose of this article is to present a context for analyzing the fundamental role of the entrepreneur in
the formulation and implementation of business strategy, seeking a new understanding through the analogical application of the fundamental principles of quantum physics. It is argued that the traditional Newtonian paradigm limits the understanding of the complexity and dynamics inherent in entrepreneurial action. Thus, a
theoretical framework is proposed that establishes analogies between key concepts of quantum physics and the
essential characteristics of leadership and strategic decision-making of the entrepreneur. The objective is to offer a new conceptual perspective that enables a deeper understanding of the dynamic potential and subtle influence of the entrepreneur in the strategic success of the organization and its environment. To achieve this objective, a bibliographic methodology was employed, using hermeneutics to interpret the texts. The study addresses
a hermeneutic approach to the influences of the Newtonian paradigm and the early advances of quantum physics
in business strategy, providing a summary of the general principles of quantum physics and an analysis of Bohm's interpretation in relation to the role of the entrepreneur. Finally, it concludes with a comparative table between the fundamental ideas of quantum physics and the key principles of the entrepreneurial role within the quantum paradigm, thereby contributing to a new theoretical perspective.
