To adapt the intelligent organization to the social epistemology

In this argumentative essay based on theory, the general guidelines associated with the epistemic of an intelligent organization and its interrelation with social epistemology are presented. Consequently, general lines of how knowledge is created in an organization based on the theory of Nonaka and Takeuchi is exposed, it raises a philosophical approach to Social Epistemology and Praxis and then touches on the transformation towards an intelligent organization. It takes a look at the creation of knowledge in society and focuses it towards a spiral of knowledge that is synchronized with that of the intelligent organization in mutual exegesis. The exegetical spiral between the ES - OOII is presented as an innovative element, which introduces a philosophical aspect to the theory of knowledge creation of Nonaka and Takeuchi regarding the creation of knowledge in society. It is inferred that all people individually, in groups, in an organization, in a society are in places where creating new knowledge is not a special activity, it is a way of behaving, even being, in which all people they are knowledge workers.
