Abstract

This essay, of an argumentative nature and with a documentary approach, presents some reflections on the implications of the open science models that have been promoted by certain governments, companies and multilateral entities for a few years now, and that now, with the syndemic, are being imposed at an accelerated pace. This analysis is made from the strict field of education sh our own model of commitment to with the idea of strengthening national processes of science and technology in accordance with the styles of development that countries like ours have been experiencing. This essay tries to reconstruct the process of gradual promotion of a scheme of opening of software, data, procedures, results and publications that culminates with the massive offer at a distance and without national control of educational contents. It ends with some recommendations to establiscience and technology that, if closed to the world, would bring forward the synchronization of its development with the needs and strategies of a sovereign country like ours, endowed with a national project.
