Abstract

Scenario analysis in research project management is crucial to drive the creation of proposals in various sectors, especially in education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, distance education became essential due to the closure of educational centers in many countries. In this context, a research study emerged that analyzes the impact and transformation of education at all levels. The study uses a quali- quantitative approach based on data collection through documentary research. In addition, it highlights
the importance of creating educational spaces that foster research and development, taking advantage of new technologies. For scenario analysis, MORPHOL software is used, which automates visualizations and allows comparing different situations efficiently and prospectively. The purpose is to achieve the empowerment of people and the evolution of society, promoting valuation, recognition,
security and inclusion in the transformative learning community. It reflects on how the educational response during confinement was approached, often moving away from appropriate standards for quality distance education, as a vehicle for educational transformation if approached with sensitivity and equity.
