In Vitro de Antagonic Capacity of Trichoderma Spp. In Front of Colletotrichum Gloeosporioids Causing The Antracnosis in Coffee (Coffea Arabica l.)
Keywords:
Trichoderma spp, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Coffea arabica L., coffee anthracnose, mycelial growthAbstract
In most producing areas of the world, anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides is one of the most important diseases in coffee crops (Coffea arabica L.). This is fought with little specific agrochemicals, but most farmers do not have enough information on the proper management of these chemicals, which has led to the search for other less polluting methods to combat plant pathogens. The objective of this research was to evaluate the in vitro antagonistic capacity of six isolates of Trichoderma spp. (LA1, LA2, 06146, 06141, Punta Larga and Tricobiol), for this purpose, tests were carried out on dual cultures where they faced Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, after checking their pathogenicity.
