Diagnosis of Digital Competencies in University Teachers and Students

The general objective of this research was to diagnose the performance of teachers and students in the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as technological tools that support the teaching and learning process in the “Rafael Rangel” Nucleus of the University. from Los Andes, Trujillo state. The methodology was framed in a type of descriptive research, the methodological strategy was observational, the population under study was made up of 10 teachers and 50 students of both genders, the instrument used was the questionnaire and the Likert scale was used.
